Rebecca Leonard, L.Ac
As a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, I treat a wide variety of concerns including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, and fatigue. While I enjoy treating all types of issues, I have a special interest in:
digestive problems, such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and GERD
women’s health including menopausal symptoms, menstrual issues, PCOS and fertility
managing the side effects of cancer treatment and enhancing immune function
controlling chronic health issues, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and pain, without the use of pharmaceutical medications
Through integrative, patient-centered, holistic medicine, I help patients work toward their health goals. Treatments include acupuncture, herbal medicine, supplements, and education.
Grace Z. Minnella, DAC, L.Ac.
Grace is a doctor of acupuncture and has been practicing for over 20 years. She graduated from Tri-State college of acupuncture in New York City, the oldest and now defunct school in the Northeast with a master’s degree back in 2002, specializing in trigger points pain management, infertility, auto immune disorders, PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), digestive issues, pre-peri and post menopausal symptoms.
She has developed an eclectic style of different types of acupuncture (Japanese, Korean, TCM, Vietnamese, Master Tung) uniquely combined for every patient and every treatment. Being a reiki master for over 24 years, she was always interested in working with energy. In 2020, she decided to return to school and get a Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego and the same year, she was certified with functional medicine Fast Track. She is now studying with Functional Medicine University and plans to be certified later this year so she can combine her acupuncture skills with functional medicine.

Spending over 25 years in allopathic/western medicine and facing health challenges personally helped me see that my tire path is a holistic one. I am fascinated by how the bosy works to defend, compensate, and heal for itself. My services focus on listening to the body and encouraging it toward balance.
I'm a perpetual student and love studying and learning new things!

I enjoy working with patients and I believe we have some of the best patients here at Carolina Family Acupuncture (formally Carolina Holistic Health). I am one of the first friendly faces you will see as you enter the clinic and the last as you blissfully check out.
The AmpCoil is another therapy that we offer here at the clinic and is one of my absolute favorites. I will help to set up the best ampcoil experience for your health goals.
When I am not helping to get you scheduled or starting your AmpCoil treatment then you can find me spending time with my family and our sweet cat. I look forward to supporting you in your health journey.
